Advances in Real-Time Hybrid Simulation
We are pleased to announce a two-day workshop on Advances in Real-Time Hybrid Simulation workshop to be held October 10-11, 2011, at the Lehigh University Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES) RTMD facility.
The objectives of the Advances in Real-Time Hybrid Simulation workshop are:
- To disseminate information on recent multi-site real-time hybrid simulation testing conducted in the NEES
- Disseminate other recent advances in real-time hybrid simulation for civil structures
- Facilitate collaboration of researchers, ideas and facilities among participants.
Students, researchers, and practitioners interested in learning more about exciting recent advances in real-time hybrid simulation are encouraged to attend the workshop. Presentations are sought on advances in real-time hybrid simulation.
Registration is free, lunch is provided. Registration is now closed.
Please view the complete Agenda of the Workshop from here.
Travel support is available with priority given to early career faculty and those participants presenting. To be eligible for travel support, register before September 12.
This workshop is made possible with funding from NSF (under CMMI 1027779 NEESR-SD: Development of a Real-Time Multi-Site Hybrid Testing Tool for NEES), the University of Connecticut School of Engineering, and NEES at Lehigh.
