Lehigh University’s Advanced Technology for Large Structural Systems (ATLSS) Engineering Research Center participated in the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Steel Day 2010 (http://www.aisc.org/SteelDay.aspx) on Friday, September 24th. SteelDay is a networking event for members of the design, construction and structural steel industry.

As part of the day’s events, the ATLSS Engineering Research Center offerred a tour of its large-scale multi-directional testing facility from 2:50 pm – 3:50 pm, preceded and followed by seminars on active ATLSS steel-focused research projects. These tours provided you with the opportunity to network with faculty, staff, and students from the ATLSS Center while reviewing past and current steel-related testing programs conducted at the Center.
