The RTMD servers and equipment are all connected to APC UPSs for protections against electrical spikes and failures. The 3 individual UPSs are also connected to the RTMD subnet (128.180.53.0/24) which allow remote maintenance and network shutdown capabilities. APC PowerShute Network Shutdown is/must be installed on all Windows workstations and Linux servers. For systems running PowerShute Network Shutdown, they need to have port 3052 open.
