RTMD Java package

The RTMD Java package contains all the required applications to run a simulation. This lives on the RTMDsim PC under C:\RTMD\lib\rtmd.jar. In order to package the RTMD JAR, you must connect to the SVN and check out the complete RTMD Projects repository. All classes under src must be packaged into rtmd.jar.
