SCRAMNet Spy

The SCRAMNet Spy observes a specific SCRAMNet block by decoding it as a floating point value by default. The user can then create an expression as a function of 'value'. By checking DAQ, the user can then observe the counts off of the DAQ and then express it as a function of the channel parameters.
